Our Story
Founded by Three Sisters
Emerald Path was born from a shared purpose — to create a place where women can rebuild their lives with dignity, structure, and hope.
Where It All Began
It started with three sisters — and a knowing. A quiet, unshakeable belief that no matter how dark things get, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. We had seen it. We had lived it. And we knew that with the right environment, the right people beside you, and the right structure underneath you — women could find their way through.
We didn't set out to build a program. We set out to build a home. A place that felt like the kind of safety and belonging that changes everything — because we knew firsthand how much that matters when you're rebuilding your life from the ground up.
Emerald Path is the result of that vision. Born from love, shaped by experience, and grounded in the belief that every woman deserves a real chance at a new beginning. Not a facility. A home.
"Not a facility. A home."
Our Mission
Empowering Women to Rebuild
At Emerald Path, our mission is to provide women with a safe, structured, and supportive recovery housing environment where they can rebuild stability, strengthen independence, develop healthy life skills, and build a foundation for lasting recovery and long-term success.
"A home where every woman is welcomed with compassion, encouraged with structure, and supported as she takes meaningful steps toward lasting independence."
Our Vision
A Future Built on Solid Ground
We envision a San Diego County where every woman leaving treatment has access to safe, structured, and supportive housing — and where that housing serves as the bridge between treatment and a fully independent, fulfilling life. We believe that when women are given the right environment, the right support, and the right community, they thrive.

What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Safety
Every woman deserves a safe, stable, and substance-free environment where she can focus on rebuilding her life with confidence and peace of mind.
Dignity
We treat every resident with compassion, respect, and understanding. A person's past does not define her future.
Accountability
Personal responsibility is the foundation of lasting growth. Structure and consistency help residents build healthy habits for long-term success.
Community
Recovery is strengthened through meaningful relationships. We foster a supportive community where women encourage one another and grow together.
Growth
Every woman has the ability to learn, grow, and build a fulfilling future. We encourage personal development, life skills, and greater independence.
Integrity
We are committed to honesty, transparency, and doing what is right for our residents, referral partners, and community.
Please Note
Emerald Path is not a treatment center, detox facility, medical provider, or clinical mental health program. We do not provide therapy, medical care, medication management, or clinical treatment. We are a structured recovery housing provider. Residents are expected to be medically stable and actively engaged in their own recovery.
